Ahh, the "Giggly Scotch". We have just added this one in October (don't know why it took so long to get here) and it had been a while since we had visited Dana at the Irish Lion, so we were ready to have a good time at this point. Talisker happened to be the second taster of the evening, the first was a round of Macallan 18, bought by none other than Dana herself for the table. She is such a nice person! So, after a few Guiness and a shot of Macallan 18, we were a little , er...tipsy? Not really, but you know how it is on a Friday evening after a long week, etc...
So, we order the Talisker and it arrives to a joke that Doug, our Vice-President, is telling and we are giggly. Once the joke is over, we can't stop giggling. There's the Talisker on the table, there we are giggling. What else could we call it?
